Meet Ema

Ema Di Monte, professional home organiser, is standing in a clear and clutter free room. There is a plant to her left and she is looking into the camera.

My name is Ema and I am the proud owner of Pretty Damned Organised.

My background is in Hospitality where I worked all of my adult life.
In fact if it wasn’t for Covid and being forced to rethink my priorities and my needs I would probably still be there. It gave me many years of practice at being methodical, focussed, organised, and understanding people’s needs.

It wasn’t an easy decision leaving a secure well paid job to follow a dream but as I say to my clients ‘if you feel it in your guts go for it!’

I have been helping people to declutter and organise their belongings for almost 3 years now, but what I have slowly discovered is that what I do is not a quick fix or makeover but much more!

Ema Di Monte, home organiser based in London, is sitting on a chair, with a notebook and pen in her lap. She is writing something on the page and looking into the camera and smiling.

My Credentials

I am a member of the Association of Professional Declutterers and Organisers (APDO) in the UK and the Institute for Challenging Disorganisation USA (ICD).

APDO provided me with valuable and important training and opened up my curiosity to learn more about the challenges that clients may encounter when organising; this is when I decided to join ICD, to expand my learning and gain further qualifications.

As a member of these associations, I abide by their code of ethics…
